This shoe is ridiculously comfortable for its apparent height. I typically only wear 3" or less and the platform on this shoe is very solid, easy to walk in, and substantially reduces the height. No "push forward" feeling like with other very high shoes, plus looks delicate without feeling delicate. I highly recommend this shoe.

Great shoe!
This shoe is comfortable and versatile. I have this style in the leather and satin. The leather one is much more comfortable but I love them both! Great brand, great quality.

 |  | After placing an order online, I realized that I didn't log into the site with the VIP, but with the regular Zappos.com. I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so. I want to thank her once again for her kindness, support, and help! It is easy and fast to complain, and very rare to get a compliment! This is definitely a compliment for an excellent rep!
