I love this shoe. It is a half size larger than marked. I am a size 7 narrow and had to get 6.5 narrow. Thanks to Zappos great customer service and free shipping it was no trouble at all to exchange.

I love the classic look of this shoe and receive so many compliments! Its padded sole and low heel makes it exceptionally comfortable for working in them all day. The only complaint I have with this shoe is that it runs somewhat wide, particularly across the in step. I had to place insoles in the shoe to give a snugger but comfortable fit. Wish the shoes came in brown and taupe!

A great shoe for work, or play. I danced in these shoes for hours and never did they feel uncomfortable.

Love the looks, but too Wide.
Love the looks of the shoe BUT it runs very wide. I normally take a Narrow, but this Narrow shoe was very wide and the strap very loose across the top. After adding a couple foam insoles, it is quite comfortable and I love it for dancing.

Awesome and adorable shoes -
I wore these to work and received tons of compliments. I don't usually wear heels these days but these have a nice padded footbed so I wasn't ever uncomfortable.

This is a very classy, professional shoe. The heel dresses up a suit or dark jeans, yet maintains comfort. I don't deal well with heels, but was comfortable wearing the shoe for over 6 hours.

Classy shoes!
I bought these shoes for my graduation. They are really quite classy. I wore them to work several times to break them in and they were just fine. I can wear them for the 8 hour work day with no problems. I wouldn't recommend them for walking the mall or anything, but they are nice for work and special occasions.

Good looking pair of shoes -
I didn't quite expect to get such an attractive pair of shoes for less than $50.00. Comfortable for the entire 8 hours I was at work -- which involved going up and down stairs.

Nice shoes, but not so comfortable -
I was undecided on whether to return this shoe and finally kept it because I needed it for a special ensemble. Not comfortable at all - too stiff and rigid.

In every respect! Immediately felt good and very comfortable. Many compliments on how cute it looks. Sharp with a spectator look and Mary Jane strap that is so popular. The heel makes it a comfy shoe to walk in, great all day shoe to wear with comfort.

Cute shoe, but runs small -
I was so excited to get this shoe, and so bummed that it didn't fit. I always wear an 11 wide, and that's the size I ordered. The shoe wasn't nearly wide enough, and my toes were squished in there, too. The shoe simply runs narrow and small. I've never ordered a 12 in my life, or a WW, but I loved the shoe enough to order it in a larger size. Unfortunately, an 11w is as large as it comes. If you like this shoe, I'd suggest ordering it a half or full size larger.

 |  | Didn’t know where to send a note to the full staff so I’m putting it here. I haven’t shopped Zappos for a few years (how many Birkies can one gal wear at a time)! I’ve hunted and hunted for boots. Not much call for tall boots in the Phoenix area, but the styles changed this year so I wanted to get with it. I hate going to stores so I tried the internet, thought I found gold, but ended up returning because they were too loose or too tall or too short. The light bulb went off and I came back to Zappos and they had calf and height measurements listed - what a brilliant idea!!! I found black suede and grey leather and I had them at my front door a day later! How much better could it get: both pairs fit!!! Please post this for all employees so they can know their efforts are very much appreciated... you all could teach the rest of the corporate world how it should be done.
