I love these shoes. They are beautiful (I bought them in red). Previous reviews said to buy a 1/2 size smaller and I found that out of the box they were true to size but half way through the night my heel started to slip out. So maybe the 1/2 size smaller would help that. I ended up buying heel pads and putting them in. I have worn them twice and the heel pads made a big difference. They are high but easy to walk in.

Gorgeous but hard to fit -
This shoe is truly stunning. It's too sexy for words. It's also a d'orsay style, so it didn't stay on well at all, in addition to feeling to large generally. Beautiful shoe, but it had to go back.

Fit was true to size. The shoe looks great and the materials are soft enough so that nothing rubs or hurts. The hells are pretty high so after standing in them for a long time the balls or my feet definitely hurt! Just the price you have to pay! Love the shoes and loved how fast Zappos got them to me.

Break them in before you have to wear them for too long. The first time I wore them I had to stand for 55 min in a wedding! Whoops! They were comfortable, but like I said, break them in.

I am glad I ordered a 1/2 size smaller than I usually wear - fits perfectly. I don't wear heels often, so they hurt like only heels can after about 2 hours. Got lots of compliments!

I bought these shoes to wear to a party. They are exceptionally sexy. I almost cried when I first tried them on as they are narrow!! I wear a B/M width and after reading all the other reviews about the shoe running big I thought they would be a good fit, NOT...Oh but they are ABSOLUTELY beautiful and am saddened to return them. I am thankful for the excellent customer service I received while placing my order. I received the shoe way sooner than I expected. Zappos is the best! Just got to find a different pair of shoes.

These are the first expensive pair of winter tights that I purchased. I've ridden in them down to 25 degrees and they worked great. No complaints, only wish they didn't cost so much.

Gorgeous, Gorgeous, But Gigantic!
These are utterly gorgeous, very elegant and expensive looking evening shoes. Unfortunately, I have narrow feet with high arches and sadly, cannot wear them, even though I tried them in a full size smaller than my normal size. THEY RUN HUGE and the style is loose and falls off my feet. ZAPPOS, with their AMAZING customer service, of course, exchanged them immediately for free, but I finally had to order an entirely different evening shoe from another line.

I bought this to wear for a Christmas wedding and they are soo gorgeous (I bought the silver) my dress was green. The toes are narrow but I do have wide feet, but the compliments I got were worth the pain...You know your shoes are fabulous if they hurt!!

I ordered my daughter a pair of sneakers she wanted for her birthday from your company and after reading reviews, was concerned about the sizing. I called and spoke to a customer service rep who explained the exchange policy and checked the availability of a size up or down. I was also upgraded to VIP and overnight shipping. Well, when I went out the next morning, the Zappos box was already at my doorstep! I figure it took about 15 hours to receive this item! UNBELIEVABLE! I have already been spreading the word and will continue to do so. Your site will be my new “go to” site. I am so proud to see a company in the USA with such high standards of service.
