These loafers are my hero -
I am on my third pair. I have a true wide foot and refuse to smash my toes with the wrong size for the sake of looks. These are the perfect loafer for a wide foot! They look great without making me look like I have "duck feet".

Conservative, Classy and Comfortable.
Conservative wasn't exactly what I was looking for when searching Zappos for a black flat but this shoe "wears a lot of hats" in my closet and that's why I kept it. I ordered a smaller size because of other's advice that the shoe material stretches and I'm glad I did, the shoe does stretch with wear. As usual with Weitzman, it's beautifully made, (but expensive!).

Read the reviews - these shoes slip off your feet after you've worn them a few times. The suede stretches. If you get the right size, they are great looking and would be very comfortable.

Heel Issue -
I had to put heel pads in to keep this shoe from slipping; otherwise very comfortable.

Fabulous loafers -
These are the loafers I spent a long time looking for - extremely comfortable and good looking without calling attention to themselves.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
