Cute boot, poor quality -
I have to agree with the previous review that the boot is very cute, but the quality poor. I purchased this boot for my 10-month old daughter for Christmas. They fit well and she seemed comfortable in them. Not even a month later, the stitching at the bottom of one boot has completely unraveled. I'm quite disappointed in the quality.

Cute little shoes but had a problems -
I bought these for my toddler to wear around the house. They are very soft and seem comfortable for her to wear but don't stay on. The sizing seems to run a little small. We had these shoes for less than two weeks and the stitching on the bottom of the shoe came undone and unraveled, leaving the bottom of the shoe completely off.

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
