These shoes are very pretty, but the ankle strap is extremely short & will only fit the slimmest of ankles. For this reason, I will be returning mine.

I looked all over for dressy, yet comfortable, shoes for my son’s upcoming wedding. I had no luck until I saw these on Zappos. They are VERY comfortable for an event where I’ll be on my feet for hours and am not used to heels. Great heel height, not to mention width. Wide widths in this type of shoe is almost impossible to find. Zappos shipping is also outstanding! I had them in days after ordering.

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
