So major caveat: I tried this shoe on with my insert and once I established that it fit my insert (for comfort purposes), I was ecstatic! These boots are so comfortable and the first day I wore them, 3 women approached me (at once) to ask where I had bought them. There's a little room in the calves, but I have not found any boots that make the calf small enough for me. Still, though, doesn't stop the compliments! These are so great I would have bought them in brown too, but alas, no longer in my size!

My advice: Click "Back to Browsing" -
Unfortunately, this boot looks significantly better in the photo than in person. It is an extremely lower end boot in terms of quality. Oh well, Zappos is hands down number one!

 |  | Good Evening. I just have to say WOW! When someone deserves a compliment for going above and beyond, I am happy to say so. I have never written to a company with such praise. But your company is the exception. With the economy, you just expect to pay more and get less. This motto is definitely not how your company operates. I not only received my shipment basically the next day, FREE, it was exactly what was described online. Thank you again and keep up the good work. From, One Happy Customer:-)
