Shoe Size: Felt true to size

These boots are really darling and my daughter loves them. The inside is 100 % soft fabric and they are really comfortable. However, after about wearing them 3 times, the buttons on the side were completely worn (the black patent was totally scraped off). She isn't hard on shoes normally, but these won't last long on a school playground. I imagine that the rest of them will scuff off as well. It is hard to find cute boots that will also last!

 |  | I just want to thank you, and commend the customer service staff at Zappos. I just couldn't believe it when you actually kept me abreast of the certain pair of shoes I was looking for! Having a size 4- 1/2 foot, is very hard finding shoes. I could wear certain kinds of shoes such as boots, clogs, etc…but having to wear 3 heavy pairs of socks in order for them to fit! Well, they fit, but my feet kill me! Clogs such as the ones I purchased, seem to be more comfortable. I'm just hoping that they're not too big for me. I can’t wait to get them and see!
