Service was unbelievable; the shoes were here before I opened my email the next day confirming my order! The shoes were perfect, true to size and exactly like the picture and description. I would recommend Zappos to anyone and everyone without hesitation! Thank you so much!

Daughter loves them -
I bought these for my daughter. She tells me they are really comfortable and are really awesome. We bought the tan color and she wears them every chance she gets. Such the fashion queen she had to have them. Thank you Zappos for being our best place for shoes ever. We will not shop anywhere else for the best deals and by far the best service.

Very nice -
I got these shoes and they are very comfortable. They are made for wider feet, but they still fit me decently. Since it's winter, I tend to get salt on them, but it brushes off pretty well. All my friends like these shoes. They are excellent!

Attractive shoe but not well made!! The sheepskin insoles began coming unglued within two days of wearing the shoes. They are uncomfortable near the toe, so I had to wear extremely thick socks with them. Nice shoe otherwise...I am going to try gluing in some other insoles to make them wearable.

I was looking for a casual flat winter clog, saw the Bearpaw Jasmine and loved the style. I especially like the comfort of the fur lining. This style shoe is for wide feet however there is an adjustable buckle. They are true to size and wearable all day...Love Them!

 |  | I have never been a big online shopper until I recently found myself with little time to go out and shop. I was browsing around for some boots online one day and after noticing my boss frequently getting Zappos packages, I decided to check you out. I found some great boots but they were a tad too small when I got them yesterday. I was bummed thinking I'd have to wait several more days to get my boots but I ordered the next size up last night at 10:00. I woke up to an email this morning saying my shipping was upgraded to priority shipping free of charge and would ship out TODAY?! Not even twelve hours after I placed my order! I hardly had time to get the tape on the box to return the first pair of boots and my new ones should be on my front porch when I get home (I tracked them and they are out for delivery!)
