This is a good shoe. The leather rips slightly quickly, and the sole wears down a little fast. But it skates wonderfully. There is almost no break in period. This is a perfect shoe for hard skating.

comfortabe shoe I've ever worn, well, maybe besides the Airwalk Jim Shoe I had 10 years ago. Great look, but probably not the toughest shoe ever (I'm scared to skate 'em). BUY THESE!!!

Duffs Gambler -
I LOVE these shoes I get compliments everyday I have them in green and I have a whole green ensemble (shoes jacket hat) and I always have eyes on me. I skate and these shoes lasted about 3 to 4 weeks before being trashed and they were comfortable the entire time I had them. The only down side is (if it bothers you) green streaks on you grip. But these shoes are the bomb.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable! I haven’t skated in them yet but the soles are pretty good looking for skating. I here they aren't that durable but they look and feel awesome. I will definitely buy more Duffs in the future!

This shoe rocks!!!! I have been buying this shoe for two years; I probably own 6 pair. Best shoe I have owned. Good for everything.

Steezy!
From a skaters view, these shoes are so ill! I didn’t have trouble breaking them in right out of the box. Felt true to size and are extremely comfortable. I did shred these shoes for about 3 weeks before they where completely dead, which is actually a good thing considering how the thinness tricks you to believing that they'll rip right away. For all these reasons, this is why I am buying them again and since the skate shop near me doesn’t carry them, Zappos has got my back. Great Duffs. Keep Shreddin'

I got these for one of my birthday presents in February, and now after tons of wear (even a month of summer camp) they're still just as comfortable and bright as when I first got them. They fit wide feet really well and have gotten a ton of compliments.

Attention grabber -
This shoe has been great so far. It is a very comfortable fit. The red is pretty intense and always draws attention. I know they're a skate shoe, but I just sport them for fashion and comfort, so I can't attest to their skate ability.

Classic Old School Look-
These shoes are tight. Shoes these days are too complicated and fancy and in most cases uncomfortable. This shoe has an old school look that I like and they are heck of comfy. As for durability, they last long enough, a heck of a lot longer than Vans XLT's. They skate well and don’t feel awkward. The laces ripped like a three days after I got them, but hey, they give you an extra set.
So overall I give this shoe two thumbs up anyone who wants some kicks that give you some comfort and style you should go for the Duffs Gamble.

My son's favorite -
This is probably my son's favorite brand of skate shoe. He has a wide foot and these fit him comfortably at a half size larger than normal. However, as a mother I am not quite satisfied with the workmanship. These shoes are not super durable and we have had the stitching in the toe come out after a few months of daily wear. But, he loves the shoe, so I keep on buying them for him.

DuFFs Gambler Shoes -
I really love these shoes. They are comfortable and come in many colors. The only problem I have is the price, I don't like spending as much as I did for a pair of shoes. That's the only thing that keeps me from purchasing another pair right away.

I was looking for these shoes for a while becasuae they don't make them anymore, and this is the only place that had them and it's free shipping and you guys upgraded the shipping for free... these shoes are super comfy and keeping up real well.

Slick style, good comfort -
This shoe fits nicely. Has bit of a squeeze on the heel but loosens up a bit. Also there is a bit of an arch.

One of the most comfortable shoes ever.
I just tried on a pair of these shoes on today and I have to say that they are some of the most comfortable skate shoes ever. The arch support was excellent and the inside felt very cushioned and protective. The closest shoe not of the same brand that had this same comfort were the Etnies Artos. The only problems with those were that they had no heel support. However, that is not the case with these shoes. They will not fall off of your foot but still keep the comfort and good looks that you will not find anywhere else. I myself have not skated in them, but I did stand on a board while wearing them. They had great board control and the gum sole is very grippy. In my opinion, this is one cool-looking shoe that is perfect in almost every way.

Stylish not sturdy -
My 13 year old son asked for these shoes for valentines day. He is extremely hard on shoes. Nearly every pair ever purchased last a max of 2-3 months. These Duffs already have stitching loose on the right top near the toe area. I am glad he has enjoyed the comfort, style and brand however, as the paying customer, I will have to go back to the adidas brand which have proven to last him the longest. At $65 a pair I am returning to Adidas. Thank you.

Really dig these shoes. Purchased them (black) in early august, it is now the middle of january and they still look great - with very little attention given to their upkeep (I have worn them frequently refraining only when the weather is inclement). Very comfy from the get-go. The color is punchy, not dull as many black suedes can be. Good shoe if your feet are on the wide side like mine are. My pair came with two pairs of laces (gray and black) and a duffs sticker. Will likely buy the red!

Green with envy -
Just got my shoes today and they are fantastic. First off Zappos did a great job getting me my shoes to me in only 2 days. I got the green shoes and they look amazing, even better than the photos. The size seemed right on for me. I'm a size 12, I ordered a 12 and they fit fine. They have the overall comfort of a skate shoe, not quite as cushy as some running shoes, but the great look makes up for it. They aren't uncomfortable, I would just pick different shoes if I was going to be walking all day long. I love these shoes.

My son, 11, wanted this shoe so badly. He loves the look and wears them all the time. They've held up very well and still look new. He doesn't think they as comfortable as his running shoes, so he switches out for PE. He is not a skateboarder, just like the shoe.

Duffs are great.
These are a good overall shoe. They really lasted a long time. Must have for the person who wants a different looking shoe. Had a slight amount of premature wear on the inside back of the heel, but no big deal.

I never really wore a Duff shoe in my life, but all my punker friends say they're great. Its true. They are comfortable to walk in and more importantly look hot.
