This is the third pair of Luccheses I've ordered, and the best. I actually bought these a couple of years ago, for full price, but returned them because they had some irregularities. I bought a different pair of 1883s on sale in black and loved them. Then I splurged last year and bought a pair of Lucchese Classics (also on sale); they are really gorgeous, but ironically, not nearly as comfortable as the 1883s. I realized that for my narrow, thin feet the 1883s were the way to go, so when I saw these on sale, I pounced. Well, they arrived just in time for the World Series (Go, Phils!), and they are exquisite. Gorgeous, comfortable and the envy of all my friends. When I die, I intend to be buried in these boots. Oh, and Zappos rocks. Best service ever. We joke at my house that they're like stalkers: Your shoes will arrive at your house before you're done hitting the Send button on your computer.

These are the most awesome boots! This is my first pair of Lucchese and they literally fit like a glove. They don\'t even have to be broken in. So many of the boots I have tried seem to slip a lot in my heel, but not these. They fit like the were custom made for my feet. I will definitely buy more Lucchese boots in the future! Beautifully made and very high quality. They actually look much more expensive than they were.

These boots are absolutely gorgeous. The color is so rich and a true red. I love that they are shiny too. Unfortunately I don\'t think I\'m going to be keeping them. I have a bit of a wide foot and I find these a little narrow for my right foot (which is bigger than my left). I\'m so bummed because I just love them. The only place that they are tight is across my toes. Other than that they fit nicely. I did find the length to be true to size.

These are beautiful boots! This is my first pair of cowgirl boots and so far I am very pleased. I have narrow feet and the fit is accurate. I agree with other reviewers that it takes some time walking around the house before the boots start to "mold" to one's feet and not feel awkward. I also like that the red is true red and not a "burnt" version. These are well worth the cost.

So I've been coveting these boots for a while now and finally broke down and bought them. I wear Dansko clogs 98% of the time so I was leary about how these boots would fit and feel. WOW!! I put these one and it was like they were made for me. I bought a size 10 even though I wear a 9.5 but I figured I'd be wearing thicker socks and if I wanted to put gel inserts in I'd need the extra wiggle room. Well no need for the inserts, these boots are so comfortable. I wore them all day with no pain, rubbed spots, nada. And the bonus? They aren't sock eaters!!! I hate shoes that eat your socks and all day long you're having to take your shoe off to pull them back up. Phenomenal boot and now I'm looking for green ones. :)

These boots are more gorgeous than I expected. They are devil red and super pointy. I have a very high arch and instep, so at first I had a hard time putting them on and taking them off. The leather is so incredible though, they were already shaping to my feet after the first wearing, and now are much easier to put on and wear well.

These are great boots! A true red and lots of pizzazz! I generally wear an 8.5, that's what I ordered and they fit perfectly. My foot is slightly wide, but not wide enough for a wide shoe, so I was concerned after reading the other reviews. But the leather molded to my foot on the first wearing. No blisters rubbing, or any discomfort - they felt as if I'd been wearing them forever. Very comfortable! They look fabulous with a denim pencil skirt or tucked into jeans. Definitely attention getters! This is my first pair of Lucchese boots, and I'll definitely buy more.

A girl has got to treat herself on her birthday!
So, it was a BIG birthday yesterday. I ordered the boots weeks ago. They sat in the box, just waiting for the big day. The birthday day arrived... I pulled on those new Calvin Klein jeans, pulled on the most awesome, lipstick red, perfect fit, perfect heel height, Lucchese boots...out to lunch with fabulous friends and my two sons...then wore them all day long...then out to dinner with more fabulous friends and family...lots of compliments...lots of affirmation that THESE BOOTS are the perfect answer for a BIG birthday.
By the way, I ordered these boots when I was vacationing in New Mexico...and when I arrived back in Florida the next day, the boots were waiting for me! Zappos has the best service of any company!

Best boots ever -
I love these boots - receive compliments whenever I wear them! I ended up in a size smaller than I would normally wear and the fit is great (the return process for the different size was smooth as could be and even the telephone operators are nice at Zappos!)

I get compliments every single time I wear them. They are very comfortable and the quality is excellent, what more can you want! Love all Lucchese boots but these are great for a change and the red is gorgeous!

Best boots ever!
This is my second pair of Lucchese boots and both are real winners! They were comfortable from the moment I put them on and I find I can walk all day without pain. This is particularly wonderful since my feet are quite finicky and good shoes are hard to find! Although these run true to size, I have found that not all Lucchese boots fit me as expected, especially over the instep. However, the two times I've found the right ones, I've been thrilled. I suspect I'll by as many Luccheses as my budget and my conscience can support!

I LOVE my boots!!! These boots are gorgeous. I love the red color and the beautiful style. They're very comfortable and I plan to wear them ALL of the time. I am not a cowgirl, I live at the beach in San Diego and they add the pop of color I love with lots of outfits!

This is my fourth pair of Lucchese cowgirl boots, so I guess that says it all. The 1880 version is somewhat narrower, so they are perfect for my AA width. This is a true blue company, the workmanship, leather, finishing is always top quality. They feel and look as good right out of the box as they do seasons later!!!

Love these boots! These boots are gorgeous – the perfect red color (not too orange and not too burgundy). They are comfortable from the get-go. If you like to wear socks with your boots then get a 1/2 size larger than you normally wear. The leather is soft and smells soooo good! Lucchese is the top western boot maker and their quality shows. Enjoy all!

There aren't enough stars for the "Look" category. I would seriously give these more stars for looks because these boots are just gorgeous. They are my second pair of Luchesse boots. They are a true red, not orangey or purple, just red! I ordered the same size as my other Luchesses, but these do seem smaller. It isn't enough to warrant a bigger size because by the end of wearing them the first day, they did seem to have stretched to where they would be more comfortable. I know a lot of people may not be daring enough to wear red boots, but if you are, I highly recommend these because they are so beautiful and comfy.

I just got these shoes today and they feel great. They look very sexy without being over the top. I got the black ones. The tan part on the inside is a very soft leather like material that feels good on the bottom of my foot. Fit great and don’t hurt my feet! Thanks Zappos!

Perfect Red Boot -
I love these boots! I wore them to a music festival a few weeks ago with a jean miniskirt and must have had 20 compliments on them. They are bad to the bone!! I wear a narrow and they fit me perfectly, so I think they run a bit on the narrow side. This is my very favorite accessory right now.

The Perfect Boot -
Love these boots! I ordered 1/2 size up after reading reviews, but found my true size was a better fit (8.5), easy return policy. Gotta love Zappos! Perfect red, very comfy out of the box. I can't be a cowgirl, but I can sure look like one! Get 'em! I think I need another pair of Lucchese boots, lookin' at Charlie One Horse now. I feel a collection coming on!

Gorgeous leather. Beautiful fit right out of the box. A perfect red, not orangey and not too purple/blue. Subtle stitching. I had tried them on in a Western Store, so I knew I needed to order 1/2 size up.

Great boot! 2nd pair. Love the red. I normally wear an 8 got these in an 8 1/2. They do form to your foot. Wear them all the time. Lots of compliments.

Mine are 7 1/2. The calf measures 14", NOT 12" as stated in the description, so it's a little wider in the leg than I was expecting. Also, it seems narrow and a tad tight through the foot (they've stretched a little with the help of some Bick 4 conditioner). I decided to keep them because they're reasonably comfortable despite the narrowness, and they're a great color, good-looking, good-quality boot.

Heavenly Boots!
Oh my! These are the best boots ever. Absolutely gorgeous! They are beautifully constructed and the color is oh-so-striking. They look great with everything, feel wonderful with bare feet, and there is no break-in period; they feel superb from the beginning. These are happy boots and will put a spring in your step!
