	I received the shoes on Monday, 8-Sep. Extraordinary service! I was very pleased to receive the shoes that quickly after only ordering them on Saturday! I just heard a snipit on NPR about Zappos today speaking about the robots in your warehouse. I hope the investment in your company to implement the system automation furthers your success.
