Comfortable for the height -
If you're an avid heel wearer, you'll find these sandals to be very comfortable. The thick, soft leather straps hug your foot, and there is a triple snap closure so you can adjust the heel strap according to your individual heel thickness. However, if you do not wear high heels often, you'll find the foot angle rather steep, and with only the wrap around heel strap, it might be a challenge to keep your balance. Your heel does raise away from the shoe a little, while walking, and then snaps back like in a flip-flop.

I ordered two pairs of shoes this morning (around 10am) and I receive an email that my order not only had been processed, but shipped and it is 2:40pm-on the SAME day. AND I was upgraded to priority status. I have to say WOW. This is the most impressive online service I have had from retail - ever. I bought my wedding shoes from you back in Feb, and I do recall how fabulous your customer service team was. I can't believe I have waited this long to purchase from Zappos again. You went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate that-esp. in these times. I order online a great deal because of my busy schedule and it is hard to go out and go shopping. This is the best treatment I have had by far- and I haven't received my shoes yet, but I know I'll get 'em much sooner than I thought. KEEP IT UP!!!
