Great product. Great company to do business with. I will use this company in the future to order golf items for my husband. Quick mailing and excellent quality product. I ordered a "Sharky" hat for my husband who is an avid golfer. It arrived within days and was of top quality in workmanship and material. We ordered fron another company on line for another color "sharky" hat because the other color was not available. It was of very poor quality and workmanship. Needless to say, I will not do business with that company. Thanks again for first rate service.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: If the quality of the products sold by this company are of the caliber of the hat that we recieved, I would recommend all of them.

My dad loves Greg Norman straw hats to golf in, and I was having the hardest time finding one here in the local golf shops. Fathers day was two days away and I thought about Zappos. Not only did they ahve the hat my dad wanted, but they sent it to me in time for Fathers day. Now my dad can throw away his worn out Norman hat and look much neater on the course. Thank you!

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
