Love this bag!
This bag is great. There is tons of room so I can carry everything that I need. The design is very chic. I love it!

For years now, I have been spreading the word about you to anyone who asks where they can find awesome shoes. I have had some recent BAD experiences with horrible customer service and it is SO refreshing (especially in the year 2008) to have the customer service one deserves – from you guys. I am also in the customer service industry and care a lot about my clients and their needs. Thank you for being an amazing company and always staying on top of keeping me happy! Yes I am a princess, but I only expect what we should all expect – to get treated with kindness, respect, consideration, and above all else, appreciation for doing business with you. You rock.
