Sized wrong - I ordered these boots for an overseas trip in January hoping they would be good for walking. I had ordered a half size larger and a size wider than normal (10W), planning to wear warm socks. In spite of those measures, these boots are way too small. My daughter wears a size 7-8 and these fit her perfectly. Her comment was that they are very stiff. So, the boots go back to Zappos, and I go to the website to find something else.

	Best Shipping - ...You guys all know how UGG boots are comfortable so I donâ€™t need to say anything, but what you guys don't know is that I ordered the boot for my daughter on Monday at 3pm and believe me, Thursday or the next day at 2:30pm the UPS truck stopped at my home to drop it off. Zappos has the best costumer service in the USA. I pay regular shipping and they update my order...well should I say more? Maybe for them one thing, thank you, thank you, and thank you Zappos.
