 |  |  | Your team rocks! On Labor Day (9/1) I ordered two pairs of Hunter boots because I wasn't sure which was going to fit best. First off, I get an email the next day telling me I'm receiving my boots priority. So that day, 9/2, I received my boots after ordering on a national holiday, no less! I was wowed! I tried on both pairs. The ones that were too small I knew I wanted to return. The other ones looked like they had been worn before. I easily printed the return label/form for the smaller boots. I called customer service for the exchange and they handled it effectively and efficiently. She told me to send back both pairs of boots and a new pair would be sent priority. I assumed she meant after Zappos had received the returns. Nope! In fact, I received the correct boots today, on 9/3. How crazy is that? To order boots on a holiday, 9/1, and have the entire receive-return-receive wrapped up 48 hours later? AWESOME! Thank you for your team's great service. I've ordered before and now am even more of a fan for the service I received when something isn't exactly right. And that telephone recording with you and Serena Williams! Brilliant!
