 |  |  | I'm not one to make a big deal about good service as I just expect it. However, my latest experience with Zappos is UNBELIEVABLE!!! My daughter was wanting these shoes for awhile so I agreed to order them. I ordered them on Wednesday 9/17 at approx 9:30pm. She was counting out the 4-5 business days for shipping and confirmed that they should be here by about next Wednesday. They showed up at my work a mere 12 hours later after an overnight flight. My co-workers didn't believe it. I texted my daughter and she didn't believe me. Absolutely AMAZING!!! "Powered by Service" ... you got that right. In contrast, I ordered a PC from an online company 8 days ago. I have nothing, no tracking number, no emails, and I have no idea where it is or even if it exists??? Very frustrating.
