Hands down, THE most cozy, soft and warm pants I have ever owned. Order them! My only complaint is they only come in black. If Zappos offered other colors I would order one of each, maybe 2.

So comfy and warm!
These pants are pure heaven on cold days! You are surrounded by cuddly softness. I've never owned anything this soft. I ordered the XS and they fit perfectly. Length was great. I'm 5'5, 110 pounds. If you want a roomier fit, size up b/c these pants fit pretty exactly. I wouldn't say they run small, they run just right. If you are in between sizes, I'd order up. These pants look great with the mossbud 1/4 zip pullover or any of the TNF thermal fleece products.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
