Love this jacket. Super warm and comfortable and not heavy and bulky as you'd think. I can see myself wearing this coat for many Chicago winters and being very comfortable and warm (not to mention stylish). If you are thinking of getting it, it also fit great in comparison to the sizing charts.

My wife wanted this jacket last year, but we were too late into the winter season and everyone was sold out. We usually use Zappos specifically for shoes, but were happily surprised that they had this jacket in stock (especially in an XS). The jacket runs true to size, and is everything that it has been hyped up to be. Thanks again Zappos.

Just received my North Face coat and I love it. It's lightweight and warm without the bulk. I highly recommend it. And the next day service is the best. I also bought one for my daughter for Christmas. Great price.

 |  | I wanted to thank you for the incredible customer service you've provided in recent weeks. When my pair of boots arrived in less than perfect condition, I had hoped to exchange them for a new pair. Unfortunately, you were out of stock. A wonderful representative offered tips on how to clean up the boots, offered to search other stores to see if they had the boots in stock, and even asked if I would like a refund before returning the boots! I decided to keep the boots for a few more days, as I was not interested in purchasing from another retailer. Luckily, Zappos received more boots in stock within the week. Another rep sent my order straight away and ensured that the new pair were in perfect condition. Best yet - they sent the new pair with overnight shipping!
