I was disappointed with the feel of this bag. It looks just like the picture, and I think the styling is interesting and cool. It's fairly well designed, with several convenient places to tuck things so you don't have to dig around inside. I am fine with plastic, but the plastic used for this bag feels thin and cheap. It's fully lined with a medium weight fabric, thicker than a cotton shirt but thinner than denim jeans. The shoulder strap is a bit narrow and doesn't have anything to keep it from cutting into your shoulder. The pluses would outweigh the minuses, except for the price. I would pay about half the price for this bag. You are paying a premium for the brand name on the front, not for better construction or living wages for U.S. workers.

This wasn't a bad bag, just not my style. For one thing it was too large for me. I'm a short woman, 5'2" and it looked too large on my side. I also didn't like the fake leather look; it was too cheap looking especially for that price. It also didn't seem like it could withstand the type of beating I usually give my bags. Also the strap on it looks like it could easily break. I like to pack my bags up with lots of stuff and it also looks like it would dig into my shoulder, too. It is a large bag and it can easily hold a binder a notebook and a text book and have some room left over, but just not the right bag for me or for the price. Zappos was great though, with the delivery and the return, like usual!

Not only did my purchases arrive within a day, when I thought it would take four to five, the ease with which returns are possible (the larger tote made me look like an elf so I downsized) guarantee I will be shopping with you again!
