These shoes are very comfortable. They don't look like your typical steel toe shoes.

Meanwhile, I want to compliment your company and your telephone staff. Whenever I have called Zappos I do not feel zapped or trained at the end of the conversation as with some other companies. Your telephone specialists are very knowledgeable and equally courteous to me.
