Stiff Pronation -
Just got these in the mail. Out of the box felt very light and looked good. Put them on, different story. The shoe itself pronated (rolled in) and the toe box was narrow. The upper part of the boot was very stiff. Love Zappos, not these boots. Going to try Baffin.

Great hiking/snow boot -
These boots fit great right out of the box, same shoe size, Im using them for snow shoveling and hiking in the winter, great look, very light, I would reccommend to anyone.

 |  | I recorded Oprah and finally was able to watch the episode with your CEO Tony. I love, love, love your company. I have talked about it so many times to family and friends. My husband has asked about Zappos and what is the big deal? When I watched Oprah I had to pause it and drag my husband in to watch so he could see what the big deal was. It was wonderful to see the behind the scenes of your business. You guys really do have customer service nailed. I am with Tony on this. It is definitely frustrating when someone acts as if you are asking too much of them to do their job. Thanks so much for all you do and keep up the good work.
