Very classy looking loafer. Fit true to size. Leather is cozy soft, easily conforming to your foot. The padded footbed feels like you are walking on gel. These are amazingly comfortable!

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I liked them so much I bought a pair for my Mom who is very picky about comfort due to bunions.

Very cute, but runs small -
I am usually a comfortable 5.5; however, the 5.5 in this shoe was very tight, even for me. I recommend taking the advice of other product reviews and buying a .5 up than normal. Otherwise, this is a very cute shoe.

Shoe is a nice soft leather and has good support for the arch/heel. I found the toe box to be slightly narrower than the normal medium width I'm used to. At the end of the day, the widest part of my foot hurts because of this.

This is a beautiful shoe and I was excited to find a nice navy loafer. This style runs smaller and narrower than the standard size so be generous when you are choosing what's appropriate. I had to return mine because they were too small.

I would recommend -
Very hard to find navy flats these days. These have some style and the leather is beautiful. I usually keep shoes for 3-5 years and expect these to last. The width seems more of a narrow than a medium but a wide would have been too much.

Perfect in every way -
I wanted a very dark blue/navy shoe - and this color was just what I hoped it would be. The rubber soles make them sturdy without being clunky. Also not slippery. The sole comes up the toe just enough to help keep from premature scuffing. I especially love these with my very dark jeans. Can even wear barefoot.

The Vigotti's Alisa shoe is very comfortable and attractive. The heel is the perfect size, not too flat. You're wearing a flat shoe, but with some support of a heel. The only negative is there is little arch support. Other than that, it's a great shoe.

A shoe for a petite foot -
This is a well-made shoe, and comfortable. Unfortunately, the low sides do not cover or provide support for a larger foot (my size is 10 medium). I was forced to return them, but would definitely consider another style from this brand, based on the quality.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
