The first time I wore these shoes, they felt a little too big. Then I realized, HEY, these are Klogs; they are supposed to flop a bit. Now I keep chosing outfits so I can wear them. These are very comfortable. They have excellent arch support (I have a very high instep).

This is a great shoe. Comfortable, nice looking, very well made. Goring at sides makes for perfect fit; slight heel relieves achilles tendon soreness; nice cushioning without being too soft. Makes Dansko clogs look and feel like concrete blocks!

I have heel pain, and the heel cup, arch and cushioned insole really helped. These shoes are very comfortable, and in Brown look great with jeans. They do not, however, have room in them for my prescription orthotic inserts, but I don't seem to need them as much with this shoe. The design of the shoe itself helps to alleviate heel pain for me.

Very comfortable soles, but leather upper quickly got a little loose from wear. I think that these would be great for standing, but not for walking big distances as I need to work to keep my feet in now that they are a little stretched out.

I am a chef and have tried almost every clog out there, but this is the first clog that I love more than Dansko. It has great support, feels true to size and looks great, too. I will definitely be getting another pair of these.

These shoes are quite amazing. I tried and sent back similar ones back from Dansko because they were like wearing two iron weights on your feet. These are exactly like everyone else has stated. Walking on clouds! Even after 12 hours on concrete, they are still comfortable. I need the arch support and just support in general and these have it. I am hoping they come out with more colors and just a bit of updating in style but for right now, I just love wearing them. This is the shoe to buy if you need to spend time walking or standing at work. They look great with pants or a longer skirt. Plus one more thing; the company does not charge an arm a leg for replacing the insoles when they get worn out. I'm a fan and will buy more!

As soon as I put these clogs on, I could tell they were going to be wonderful. There is a lot of cushion and flex in the sole and the elastic vamp is forgiving to my high left instep. They were so immediately comfortable that I purchased another style right away.

I absolutely love these shoes! They are clogs, yet not. They have a back so you're pants don't get your socks wet when it rains and you can wear them in snow! They have a small heel so I'm taller than in your average clogs. I have tons of other name brand clogs, but these are my favorites! The patent leather (in black) go with everything!

I'm such a fan of Klogs and they delivered once again with the Naples. Have gotten a lot of compliments. No breaking in period. Wore them to work the day after they arrived. Had them for a month now and there has been no cracking of the leather as I thought they might. Great shoes and very comfortable.

If you are lucky enough to get a size that fits you, then you will probably find these to be very comfortable shoes. I tried everything to get the size 11 to fit (I tried a couple different insoles), but ultimately decided to sent them back. I am a solid size 11, but these shoes run 1/2 size too large, and unfortunately they don't come in 10.5. After trying them out so many times in hopes of changing my mind, I found I had a second complaint with them. They squeak against solid surface floors. I am currently looking to replace my Dankso shoes because they too squeak. I have been trying several styles of Ariat clogs and am happy that they use a material for the sole that doesn't squeak. Alas, they aren't quite as comfortable as I think the Klog would be, but if they don't come in my size and they squeak, I guess I should just stop trying to make them work. They are comfortable though, so if they come in your size (or 1/2 size smaller than your size) and you have a job where all you do is stand in one place or your walking is confined to carpet, then these might be the shoe for you. I am rating them a 2 because they run way too large and because they chose a material for the sole that squeaks.

The Klogs USA Naples arrived yesterday and I wore them all day today. Wonderful! I ordered them to replace a very old pair of Dansko Professionals that I loved. These are even more comfortable. The fit seemed a tiny bit big (I ordered wide), so I added a thin, inexpensive insole under the removable footbed, making for a perfect fit. The only improvement I would suggest for this shoe is to add a little more arch support, but the should is reasonably supportive as is. And it looks good, too.

I am a Respiratory Therapist who am on my feet at work for 12 hour shifts. I work NICU, PICU, CCU at a very busy Children's hospital. My feet always hurt and my knee (which was destroyed in a car accident) always hurts.These shoes are the most comfortable I have ever worn! Seriously! Right out of the box I tried them on after work and it felt like I stepped on a pillow of comfort. It's just incredible. I go through 3 pairs of shoes a year from work so have experience with Dansko, Crocs, and Asics, etc. They all suck compared to these fabulous shoes. And Zappos, you are the best shoe store on the planet!

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever had. I did not have to break them in like you do with most. I put them on right out of the box and started wearing them with no sore feet or blisters. If needing chef or nursing shoes, these would be great to invest in.

I have thin, long feet, heel spurs and neuromas. These shoes were not so wide that my feet flopped around. My orthotics fit into them nicely. Very comfortable. True to size.

I am a nurse, I work 12-14 hours a day, primarily standing. I have tried Dansko clogs because so many people say they are so comfortable. My feet were killing me after a few hours, I felt like I was walking with bricks tied to my feet. I thought they must be crazy! So, desperate to find some comfort, I tried these clogs. I was also sold on Zappos' return ploicy. I love these shoes, there is no comparison between them and Dansko. All Klogs need to do now is to come up with some fun colors and patterns like Dansko.

I love these shoes. I have them on right now. They fit so much better than the Dansko clogs. They have a great arch support, and the wide width fits a lot better for me. I would recommend them for anyone who is on their feet for long periods of time. I think they help my posture and my achy back, too. They look great with jeans/slacks but I did not wear them with my capris. They are just a wee bit heavy, but we cannot have everything!

I have had problems with my leg which I believe stems from standing all day. I work in a pharmacy and never get to sit. Needless to say my legs take a beating. I tried dansko shoes but they were so hard they hurt the bones in my feet. These klogs are so much more comfortable. I bought them a half size bigger but probably shouldn\'t have. They are big but not so I can\'t walk in them. They are wonderful shoes and suggest anyone who stands all day to buy these shoes!

Comfy but ugly & too big. I bought these to possibly take on vacation (with lots of walking) but they were way too big, even with thick socks they slip off the back of my heel when I walked around the house. I have pretty wide feet but these were way too wide. For the price, I shouldn't have to modify them with insoles, etc. so they're going back.

These are the best shoes if you want a combination of "work shoe" dressiness and comfort! I am a teacher and have plantar fasciitis in both feet and these are the only shoes besides my sneakers that I can wear for the whole day. I have tried many different brands (Soft Shoe, Dansko, etc.) and have found a winner in Klogs USA! My only complaint is that the shoes can feel a little heavy after a whole day, but it is well worth the trade off. Buy these shoes! And buy them from Zappos! Awesome staff and great shipping!

I purchased Klogs USA Naples to wear at work. I am a nurse and on my feet for up to 12+ hours. I also have fibromyalgia and so my feet can ache and are very tender. I love the look of Dansko\'s but they are just too hard for me. This Klogs USA has a nice soft cushy footbed with a firm sole under, great arch support. They have been a dream and I wear them every day I work now. I am throwing out my other nursing shoes and getting another pair! They look great and professional too. Definitely the best nursing shoes I have ever had!

Never have I opened a box, put on the shoes and been as comfortable as I did when I got these shoes. I have wide feet and ordered the wide. They fit perfectly with lots of toe room. I am a nurse and on my feet all day. I was able to wear these all day immediately with no problems whatsoever. The leather is very soft and support is adequate. I was hoping for just a bit more arch support, because of recently being diagnosed with plantar faciitis, but the shoe will accomodate orthotics easily. They give the look of a Dansko shoe, (which I tried but was much too narrow) but much softer and wider.

These are the greatest shoes! I have arthritis, and have to be on my feet 12 hours a day. These shoes felt good from minute one. So cushy and supportive. They were a bit sloshy in the heel, but a piece of padding did the trick. I have been wearing only flat shoes or sneakers for so long because of the pain any higher shoes or less athletic shoes seemed to bring, but these Klogs are great looking, great for support, and great for comfort. And by the way, Zappos is the ONLY place online that I will buy shoes, after several really frustrating and disappointing experiences on other sites.
