Until I received my Foamtreads, I had never had bedroom shoes that fit. I have to have a thick sole for my morton's neuromas and an adjustable closure because of my high arch. I am so thankful that I ordered Foamtreads and found that there is a bedroom shoe that meets all my needs. I wear them all day sometimes because they are that comfortable and your feet do not perspire in them. I wear a size 5 and a small usually fits a size 6. This shoe comes in a size 5 and is true to size. Thank you Zappos, the greatest online supplier of size 5 shoes.

Jewel fits like a dream. Do alot of in & out errands. Keep my feet warm & dry. Of course\r\ndon\'t run out in the rain, did that with a similar\r\npr. diferent brand and they just fell apart. look great if company pops in. These do have mild support.

Customer Service at Zappos is the epitome of courtesy, efficiency and speed. I recently was in a position to purchase slippers for my aging mother in law and after making three passes at what I thought would fit, I finally found "the one". Zappos takes the stress right out of returns and performs with the speed of light. Definitely a positive experience. Thanks Zappos!

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
