These shoes were very comfy and the style was cute; however, I ordered them in the brown color (appears sort of cognac in the picture), and when I got the sandals the color was more a mustardy brown, very yellowish. I was disappointed in the color so I had to send them back.

I love this shoe! It's cute and comfortable. I first bought it in the tan color, and when I found them very comfortable; purchased a second pair in chocolate brown.

These shoes are very comfortable and they fit true to size. The leather is very supple - high quality. If I have one complaint about the shoe, it’s the fact that the side openings can allow for the pinky toe to peek out. So, if you have a short pinky toe, this aspect about the shoe will annoy you. My toe just barely stays put!

I love these shoes because they are really comfortable. They run a little big, and so the velcro strap on the back of the shoe may show as it wraps around to the front of your ankle if you don't get the right size.

I was SO excited to get this sandal since it's everything I was looking for style-wise. However, once it arrived, it was a terrible disappointment! The heels are incredibly skinny/narrow which you wouldn't guess by the photo of its profile. So much so that I could barely walk in them! What a shame, such a nice shoe otherwise. If you're used to wearing stilettos, then you'll be fine, but for us chunky-heeled girls, not so much.

This shoe is great! Very stylish and looks much more expensive than it is. By my measurements, a size 7 has a full 4" heel with a half inch platform, but that said, they have gone out of their way to make it comfortable. It feels very secure and the cushioning is delightful. I can walk across town in it.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
