I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so. I want to thank her once again for her kindness, support, and help! It is easy and fast to complain, and very rare to get a compliment! This is definitely a compliment for an excellent rep!
