	After placing an order online, I realized that I didn't log into the site with the VIP, but with the regular Zappos.com. I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so.
