I bought these shoes in cream as an alternative to all the BLACK sandals in my wardrobe! I love the bit of bling on the vamp and the heel is gorgeous! I've worn them several times already--with jeans, pants and a dress. I would recommend a pad on the footbed for comfort. If you are looking for a nice cream summer sandal, this is the one.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
