Love this purse!
I bought this purse about 2 months ago and I love it even more than when I first bought it. The style goes with just about everything I wear - work and school. The construction is really well done. It is easily the best purse I have ever bought.

Love the look and feel of this handbag. I only wish it was a little bigger and that the handles were a little longer. The inner pocket doesn\'t hold as much as you would think and it doesn\'t really fit comfortably on the shoulder.

This is one beautiful bag. I purchased the bourbon color. It is nicer and softer than Coach bags, that I have paid more for in the past. The size is not too big but fits all of my stuff including additional items such as my Kindle and umbrella without bulking out the sides. The side pockets are perfect for keys and things you want to keep handy. The main zippered compartment gives me peace of mind for wallet and checkbook. The cellphone pocket is the perfect size for my I-Phone which is currently housed in a leather case. Even better. This exact same purse was more on Amazon and at Macys. And Zappos even sped up my delivery so that I received it in one business day. Love Zappos and love Lucky Brand.

Great Purse! I needed a new purse and I wanted something versatile and stylish, so I got it in black. This bag is the perfect size for me; it's got plenty of room without being too big. The two side pockets also provide lots of space. I love the look and everything about it, I can't wait to get it in white too!

LOVE IT!!!
This is the most beautiful purse I ever purchased. It is nice and roomy without being overwhelming. The leather is soft and the red is subtle - not too bright... a tonal red- will be able to use all year long. I am planning on ordering a spare when my budget allows.

I love this bag, got it in bourbon. The size is great, the leather is soft, you can tell it is a well made bag and will hold up for years to come. I’m really becoming a fan of Lucky Brand bags. And as always, shipping was extremely fast.

Lucky Brand Trinity Leather Satchel In Bourbon Color -
The color bourbon is more "orangey" than a true brown. Second, the bag is not big enough for all my stuff. Otherwise, the bag is beautiful.

Great bag!
I love this bag. It's large enough to carry anything I want but doesn't look big and bulky. The side pockets run the length of the bag so it's easy to keep everything organized and I love the top zipper that closes it right up. The magnets on the sides are strong enough to keep them closed as well. I had ordered a different bag to begin with but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for so I returned it. Zappos has the best customer service of ANY company I've ever dealt with...online or off!!

 |  | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old son’s day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boy’s and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best.
