I've spent a lot of money with Zappos and I will continue to do so because of the great customer service they provide. Fast shipping, fair prices, and hard to find shoes? Zappos has it! I will continue to be a loyal customer to Zappos! Customer service is very important and though it's an internet based customer service, I'm 100% satisfied every time. If I could put 10 stars I would, but I guess 5 is a 10. Thanks.

 |  | I couldn't find a place to leave feedback, so I'll put it here. I want to thank you for your excellent service. I ordered football cleats for my son for an upcoming playoff game in a brand I've never bought before and they were too narrow. I called at 9:30 p.m. to exchange them for the brand I normally buy. The exchange arrived the NEXT DAY at no extra charge! That is the best service I've ever received from an internet company!
