I purchased from Zappos for the 1st time and I was really amazed at how fast I received the merchandise. I ordered the Walking Cradles sandals and received them the next day. Wow. And the quality of the shoes are great and they are very comfortable. If anyone has trouble finding comfortable shoes, you need to shop Zappos. They not only have a great selection of shoes but also sizes that you are not able to find in stores. I have already told several of my friends about Zappos and I will definitely keep shopping at Zappos. Thank you for the great service!

Really pretty on the feet, but my feet tend to slide around on them as I walk. I would recommend these as they are soft and comfortable, and I have bad feet--bunions, etc. But only for casual walking--not heavy-duty walking. They are perfect for what I wanted: nice dressy sandals for work.

Finally I have found a shoe that is so very comfortable. After two unsuccessful foot surgeries my right foot is wider than my left foot. I have ordered and returned so many pairs trying to find a comfortable shoe. At last I found it and hope to find more like these. The buckles make it simple to adjust the width depending on the swelling in my foot. You guys are fantastic and I will always be your #1 FAN.

Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
