Very comfortable shoe and well made. I have a wide foot and the "M" width fits very comfortably. The egg crate cushion feels great. My only slight complaint is the profile of the shoe . . . it has a bit of a wooden shoe look to it with the toes curving up just a tad too much. ;) Not enough to discourage me from buying though and the fit and comfort surpass expectations.

I followed others’ suggestions and ordered 1/2 size smaller than my usual 10 1/2. This worked; the shoe is most comfortable with socks. The thick sole cushions, but does not have that squishy texture that can feel wobbly underfoot. I would prefer just a sliver more toe room with socks on, for when feet swell after a lot of walking.

Wow! A shoe that is finally wide enough and still nice looking! I have a wide foot, high instep and high arch. In addition, I have my dad's sturdy ankles and calves. Finding shoes that feel feminine and yet are nice enough to wear to work and comfortable enough to walk in had never really crossed my path. My husband and daughter would make fun of my "clunker" shoes that I could find and were still comfy. I would almost always buy a 10W in order to fit in them. Then they would be too long. This time I ordered Brown 9WW. They are almost TOO roomy and my foot actually slips a little when I'm walking. I find that I wear a lot more THICK socks. I might have only needed a 9W! Who knew?! If I order another pair, I would like to buy them in black in a 9W and they will be just right for wearing with light socks or nylons. I LOVE THEM!

Runs very big!
I purchased this shoe, but unfortunately I had to send it back. I always wear a size 6 so I ordered a size 6. However, the length of the shoe is more like a 7, maybe bigger. The width seemed fine, but there was like an inch of empty room behind my ankle. So everyone should be aware that the length runs extra long on this shoe.

Best Shoe ever!!
Have a wide foot, and have difficulty finding comfy shoes. Loved these so much I went back and bought another pair in a different color.

Ordered a half size smaller as recommended and it fit perfect. Fairly comfortable but shoe does not flex with your foot.

This shoe is great for people who are on their feet a lot. I did have to go a whole size less and they do slip a bit when I walk but overall they are a great shoe. When I exchanged for a smaller size, the customer service was top notch. I had my returned shoes in 3 days.

Great Shoe -
Very comfortable shoe. Runs larger and wider than other shoes in this size, so you may need to go down a half size when ordering, and you may only need a medium width if you normally wear a wide width shoe.

Way too big -
I read a few reviews saying that this shoe was a little big, but thought it wold be ok. It is HUGE. So big that thick socks and heel inserts don't really help. But even so, they're fairly comfy as long as I'm not walking downhill.

Like but not Love -
This shoe is about a 1/2 size too big. I wear a size 10 and would have been more comfortable in 9.5. None the less, still very comfortable.

High hopes unfulfilled -
I love SoftWalk shoes, and these do have the fantastic egg crate sole so you feel like you're walking on air. Unfortunately, it felt a half-size too big, and my heel kept slipping out. Then when I tried it with socks, it was too tight. The red color is beautiful though and the sole is seriously comfortable. Definitely a "clog" look.

Runs big, slippery, but so soft -
I ordered an 11W, my usual size. My foot slides well forward into the shoe and I walk out of them as I step. I would go with a half-size smaller. Also, they're wider than most wide shoes, but in a comfortable way. The biggest downside to this shoe is that they are *completely* slick on a walking surface. I will have to bring them to a shoe cobbler to have some kind of grip attached to the soles. There's nothing like a tread at all, I almost slipped in my own (carpeted) living room.
But, the insides are just soooooo soft... they look like pillows inside :)

The Best Work Shoes Ever...
The look of the shoe is professional, comfortable and stylish. The only thing you have to get used to is the bottom of the shoes on carpet are a little slick. Once you get used to the feel of the shoe it is fine. I am an office manager so I do quite a bit of getting up and down and walking from office to office. Walking all day in these shoes is a breeze. My feet have never felt better! If you walk around all the time, this is the shoe to get! Not to mention Zappos is the best! Zappos has the best customer service around!

Pretty good shoe -
This shoe if fairly comfortable, but it runs large. Your heel comes out of the shoe every time you step, so order a 1/2 size or full size down. Also, the black color is a little off. The first pair I ordered was a true black, but the second (smaller) pair was more of a dark grey, not what I wanted but not terrible.

These will be the most comfortable shoes you have, love the Softwalk brand, and Zappos is the best, it is the ONLY place I buy my shoes now. These are great with slacks and/or jeans! Great looking, great fitting, great shoe!!!

Great shoes!
I love these -- super comfortable, for work and casual situations and very hip. Only one issue, they run big. I had to return the first pair at my normal size because my heel slipped out. I ordered a half size smaller and they are comfortable and work better. There is a design flaw with the heel, as there still is some slipping. Thicker socks work best. Still love them.

Wide Width Is Wider Than Expected.
I usually wear a 9W. With this shoe I believe it is made a little wider to begin with. I would suggest you try the regular width if you normally wear a wide width. I wore the shoe thinking it would be "ok", but it is really too wide. Since I wore it, I could not return because it was not in the exact shape it was in when I received it. They are so big I can't wear them.

Softwalk montego shoes -
These shoes felt fabulous when I first put them on. No time needed to break them in!! I will order another pair in the future, just for the sake of comfort, especially if you are on your feet most of the day! A simple and casual shoe but very stylish looking also!

This shoe definitely runs a bit large so order at or smaller than your normal size but it's very well made and has a super soft foot bed. It's great for people with wide feet.

Very Nice!
I bought these in an 11 in hopes they would fit because they looked nice and also comfortable for work. I tried them on and they were great, except that I need an 11 1/2 and it doesn't exist. I really wanted to keep these shoes they had so much cushioning and had a dressier look for work without being too high. I would recommend these!

I have trouble finding shoes in a wide width so when I found these on Zappos I had to order them. I loved the look and comfort of the shoe; however, the heel is too large and the back of my feet would slip out every time I walked in them. They also were slick on the bottom (even on carpet) which I don't care for. But seems to be good quality.

Comfort from the start -
These shoes are comfortable from the minute you put them on. I purchased the Mocha color and the only thing I do not like about the shoe is the three colors on the bottom of the shoe. While it is not horrible I would prefer a more monotone look to the shoe. This shoe goes well with both jeans and slacks worn to work. This is my third pair of Softwalk and it doesn't disappoint. These are some of the most comfortable shoes available.
