This bag is awesome! I wanted something that was durable, efficient and good looking! This bag has it all. I love the space for my laptop, the easy to access pocket on top for my bus pass, keys and chap stick and it even has a cooler! I keep my Diet Cokes in there. The wheels are pretty smooth compared to others I have tried and the bottom has rubber in case it's wet out. The other thing that this has that is essential is that it can stand upright by itself, this is not true of all rolling backpacks. The handle is easy to use and goes up and down quickly for when you need to use the top handle to carry it up/downstairs. It also maneuvers well; sometimes I push it forward like a cart and it handles well! I have only worn it as a backpack a few times, the straps are comfy and I have not had a problem with the wheels digging into my back. I never write reviews, but love my bag so much I had to write this.

Awesome wheeled bag -
I'm a graduate student on a large campus and needed a bag that could wheel or be used on my back and that wouldn't fall apart after one use. This got me through one tough semester of book lugging across gravel paths, hot cement, and rain puddles. Still looks brand new! Holds my laptop nicely as well as all my books and binders.
