These shoes are gorgeous, but they run at least a full size too small. I bought a 10.5 W and it didn't fit at all and I wear a 10. I exchanged them for an 11 and they fit, but they can fit better. I'll keep them and wear them to see if they loosen up.

Perfect fit -
Stuart Weitzman shoes are the perfect fit but narrower than marked on leather shoes. I have a hard time finding my size. When Stuart Weitzman says 4.5, it is definitely a 4.5. Others are never what they say. This brand will always be the first I look at before anyone else. Thank you!

Even "Wide" is narrow!
I ordered this in 8 1/2 WIDE in the brass supple kid. Pretty shoe, but MUCH smaller than 'true', and even narrower. Very high heel at 4.5 inches (measured from the very back, and highest part of heel). The internal measurement of the sole is just 3.25 inches in width at the ball of the foot and 10.25 inches in length from the very tip of the (very pointy) toe to the heel. To have this in a size that fits would mean very long shoe! I have wide feet and this is a 'wide' fitting, but is much narrower than my other Weitzman of the same size and width! The way the toes show is also unsightly in my opinion. My daughter who takes the same size as I but has VERY slim feet found it narrow too.

This is my second pair of Stuart Weitzman’s pumps and I love them. They arrived in less than four days and I couldn't wait to put them on. I have tried other brands, but nothing else compares. Stuart Weitzman Fever Rocks!!!
I wear a size 4.5M and have many, many pair of Stuart Weitzman pumps. I am a medium width and the Fever style is a bit tight at first, but does stretch out over time. I now own the Fever pumps in the black orinoco croco which are a perfect fit after they've stretched out a bit (patent will stretch a bit) and I wear them ALL THE TIME! I also have Fever in the cognac tartaruga (black/brown leopard patent) & those didn't ever stretch out enough and aren't as comfortable as the black patent orinoco crocos. I just bought the Fever pump in black kid leather and can already tell that they will fit perfectly after a few wears and the leather stretches a bit. All the reviews are right on when they say the Fever pumps are lowcut. I can wear them all day, but at the end of the day, they hurt my baby toe, but they are sexy and I love them! I always wear 4 inch heels and believe these to be pretty comfortable all things considered. I also have red patent leather Stuart Weitzman in the Princess style and both dark charcoal patent leather and dark brown patent leather Stuart Weitzman pumps in the Sensual style. Both of those styles are a bit less of a high heel and super, super comfortable. Never hurt my feet! I have black suede Stuarts in the Flame style and love those also. Super comfortable and very sexy with a 4 inch heel. I heart Stuart Weitzman shoes!!!

Not for small feet!
I have long admired this shoe online and I finally found it in a size that fits me; I usually wear a 4 in SW (I measure a 3.5) but I tried the 4.5 because these do run VERY narrow. They are beautiful shoes but if you are a 4, 4.5, or 5, the angle is almost impossible. It is just too high a heel for the length of my small foot, and combined with the shoe being very narrow, I felt like I was going to topple forward. They are also cut very low on the sides so if you have a high arch like me this shoe will not hold it. It is a shame, as this is a beautiful shoe!

Killer shoes - (your feet will kill you!)
Whoa! Boy was I wrong in trying these! I guess I should have figured being a 6 ft tall woman, who wears a size 12 shoe, that:
A. Fire engine red patent is not the right color or material for me.
B. 4" stilettos are not for me either!
I recommend these shoes only to women who need to add the height to their petite stature, to women who want to make their feet appear 2 sizes bigger than they really are and to women who want to painfully kick someone in the...these shoes will kill your feet or someone that you attack with them...all kidding aside, they are truly dangerously pointy and severe looking!

Very narrow, but stretchable -
I found these shoes very narrow for a moment, but after wearing them for some hours I had the feeling that the leather began to stretch. To speed up this process I gave the shoes a good soaking in warm water, put them on when dripping wet and let them dry on my feet. This took several hours, I even had to sleep in them, but now they fit like a glove. Don't worry about ruining your shoes; they keep the abuse very well.

This is the sexiest shoe that I own. I am now ordering the second pair because I wore these shoes practically everyday!! Get a 1/2 size larger and once you break them in they are perfect.

Love em - I have really narrow feet, and this is my first pair of SW to purchase. I bought black calf skin in an 8N, but had to return for an 8.5N. They are very nice shoes, and very snug. I've worn them 3 or 4 times now and the leather is stretching out nicely. Not super used to wearing 4" heels, but they are so sexy that I'm dealing. I really like these shoes and would recommend them. Go up one 1/2 size.

Though I have been very pleased with nearly any Merrell shoe I've purchased in the past, I was disappointed with these and was even more surprised because of the rave reviews the shoe had received from Zappos' customers. Perhaps it was my own mistake to wear them without socks the first time out - but I only wore them to walk 4 blocks to the cinema and back - but I ended up with terrible blisters on both heels. They are also a bit warm on the feet (don't breathe well) and could definitely use more padding on the bottom of the shoe. The reviewers that commented on their cuteness are dead on - really cute and they do make your foot look smaller.

Beautiful shoe but way too narrow! I don't have particularly wide feet, but I could not even get this shoe on my foot! I own a few other pairs of Stuart Weitzman shoes (all in a size 8) which fit fine, so I was surprised by how narrow these were. I was disappointed by how different the fit was compared to other Weitzman shoes that are similar in style. Unfortunately, I will be returning these.

All time favorite style...and I've been in high heels 40(+) years. A couple of Gianmarco Lorenzi styles may be more beautiful and trendy than this classic, but at three times the price. This is my fifth pair of "Fever". They are part of my regular "uniform". I've worn one pair completely out after dozens of hard rain, shine, and long days on the job, and believe me, they are very comfortable after a day of break-in. Two pairs are now on duty and two for "good". Get a 1/2 size up and a size wider than usual. Please don't discontinue this classic, and please tell SW to do a black suede option. ZAPPOS in Oklahoma is like a trip to Paris, plus free returns... THANK-YOU ZAPPOS. You are a business model for the 21st century.

Sexy shoe, impossible fit -
I loved the look of this shoe in the box, and as an inanimate object out of the box. In reality, the shoe is not close to my size - I am a 9 narrow, my perfect fit is a Donald Pliner 9, and my arches are so high I can wear sky-high heels all day - I actually am disappointed that this shoe, and other Weitzman’s, as they are really not designed to be purchased on the Internet - I would caution potential Weitzman buyers to only purchase shoes they try on first until they get their sizing correct. I am returning this, and will not purchase Weitzman’s online!

This shoe has all the elements that I look for in a pump: extreme pointy toe, high stiletto heel w/slight curve and perfect profile views. HOWEVER, if you have any 'imperfections' on baby toe, the cut of shoe across toe can be uncomfortable!

Great looking shoe! I ALWAYS get compliments. I have the black kid and the red/gold in a size 12. I was lucky to get the patent red in 12W, since patent doesn't stretch. At first wear, they're very high, but loosen over time. the best standard pump in town. I wear a size 11, but in pumps, i like to go a size up. All in all, you will not send these shoes back once you have them on your feet! Well worth the cost!

This show is very nice looking. I had to return in because there was absolutely no support. I am used to wearing very high heel shoes but the heel on this one felt really flimsy and unstable.

I almost returned these babies because they didn't fit right (at first), my heels kept slipping out. I wanted to go a half size smaller but it was unavailable, then I got some heel pads to see if it would fit better, and it did! I'm glad I kept them because they are gorgeous! Not the most comfortable though...of course, it's a 4 inch, they make my toes cry after a while but worth the pain...and worth every penny. Love these shoes! :)

This shoe gets top marks for looks but the sizing is very strange. I am a true size 8. I initially ordered it the brown patent color but there was no room to move my toes. Then I decided to try the black kid as I thought the leather would be more forgiving. Yes it was, but not enough. The left shoe fit fine and I was willing to let me feet break into it but my right shoe was so tight, there was barely room for my pinky toe. I had to return the shoes unfortunately. I had tried the 8.5 in the store but it was too big so finally I accepted that this shoe was not built for my type of foot and took a pass. It is very very narrow.

Shoe deserves more -
I think this is the sexiest shoe I have ever seen. I ordered it but didn't keep it. (I went up a size, which made the ball of my foot more comfortable. I would have used heel pads to fill it out so it didn't slip if I'd kept it) I think this shoe deserves to get out more and lead a more exciting life than I would be able to give it. The Red Quasar Patent is like the finish on a sports car. I was afraid to try it on in case I marred the surface! My little toe barely fit inside, because the sides are so low. Lots of toe cleavage showing. I just can't justify keeping a shoe that I love but will never wear. Believe me, there is nowhere near here to wear that shoe!
