Loved them, but had to return them. This shoe was exactly what I was looking for in a comfortable, well made, low heeled sandal. Everything was perfect except for the strap; it was way too short to buckle. I do have a high instep; however, I have never had problems with similar shoes in the past. Reluctantly, I sent them back but was very impressed with their quality and look; just not for my foot shape.

I love these Ros Hommerson Bliss sandals, they are comfortable and so cute on your feet. You can wear them for dress up or with jeans. I wore them in a pouring rain, which did not hurt them in any way. I did have to get the ww/width because they run narrow. I would have liked a little more padding, but they are great shoes & I would recommend them highly! I searched for three years trying to find sandals like these!

It is comfortable and nice in style. I wanted a sandal that had low heels and good in style. This one matched both and I like it so much.

Dressy shoe (bronze) with a low heel that served me well and comfortably while setting up before my son's wedding through dancing at the reception. I got many compliments on how pretty of a shoe/sandal it was.

Delivery service is great. This is an attractive sandal with good quality leather and very comfortable. I bought two pair in different sizes and the larger size fit the best. I went on line to fill out a return request which was simple and printed out the return label and mailed back the second pair that didn't fit. I love Zappos. Thank you for offering free delivery. I use to do so much shopping on line and the s/h is a killer and had to stop shopping on line. But I always come back to Zappos. Thank you for such great customer service.

I ordered this shoe in wide and was very pleased with the look of the shoe. Bliss looked good on my foot and it complemented. It rubbed my toe when I first put the shoe on but it only lasted a few minutes. After the first few minutes it was comfortable all day. I ordered the shoe in white.

Pretty and Comfortable -
I ordered the Ros Hommerson's Bliss in a 7ww. I wanted a comfortable and stylish shoe for my difficult feet in a metallic color. I choose the Bronze Brazilian Calf and it is a beautiful color and has a matte finish so I can wear it in the daytime. I wore it today for the first time and had barely a rub on one of my toes which for me is a great sign that it is a well fitting shoe. I have never ordered a Ros Hommerson shoe before and I am very pleased. I have ordered shoes from Zappos before and they are a dream to work with. I definitely recommend this shoe.

However, I was astounded when I found the shoes at my front door this afternoon. How did you pull that off? No one is this fast… no one. Is there a flying caped Zappos team member drinking espresso shots all night moving shoes about the country?! WOW WOW WOW!!! TEAM ZAPPOS – YOU’VE JUST EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. The only name in my book and blasted all over my face book and twitter is ZAPPOS because I ordered my shoes and ZAP, they were at my door.
