These are terrific shoes. They have become my go-to black heel. I wear them to work, to church, going out; they go with everything from a nice dress to jeans to trousers. A few warnings: the leather is stiff, and I mean really stiff, so plan to wear these with stockings or hose, at least for the first several wearings. (I still haven't worn these without some kind of stocking because I am afraid of the blisters. Good thing it's winter.) Second, the footbed could be cushier. If you have problems with that sort of thing, buy a footbed cushion. Finally, they do pinch just a touch on the outside of my foot, but it's more annoying than painful. For me, though, it's worth it; my feet are wide at the ball and narrow at the heel and getting shoes to fit is impossible. Well, these fit. My heel isn't coming out and even if it were, the strap provides stability; my toes have plenty of room. I've worn these all day (and I mean for a 12 hour day, though not on my feet the whole time) and still love them.

Super cute shoes, but feel sky-high. If these are a 3 1/2 inch heel, then I'm 6'5"! More like 4 1/4, and feel it. I do love the look of them (haven't decided whether to keep them yet), but would have appreciated a small platform built in, or a 1/2 less of heel height; something about the angle makes them pretty hard on your back. Torn about comfort, but they are elegant and cute, and look way more expensive than they are.

I really like these shoes, they are so cute. I\'m tall and don\'t wear a lot of heels, but I\'ve already worn these several times in the couple of weeks that I\'ve owned them. They\'re a little tight in the toe area so I usually take them off for a few minutes during the work day, but it\'s not too bad. I\'ve gotten several compliments on how cute they are and am very happy with my purchase! I definitely recommend these.

This is a nice shoe. It is true to size, at least it is for me. After reading the other reviews, I decided to buy a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear. I had to put inserts in to make them fit properly. I’m not sure why others have had problems. They aren’t even narrow. A good looking shoe with a sturdy heel. Trendy and cute.

These are super cute shoes! They are average-comfortable as far as heels go - there is not really any padding in the sole. The straps are a little awkward to buckle. I ordered these shoes because I have slightly-smaller-than-size-five feet and narrow heels. I hoped the strap would make up for it - I think it will. I\'m so excited to finally have a cute pair of shoes!

The Gabriella Rocha Shelby is a cute shoe. I really like to wear these with skirts or pants! The fit was true to size for me (I wear a size seven). They definitely are not patent leather, but more of a buffed leather. They're extra comfortable with gel inserts!

This shoe is pretty comfortable for such a high heel - the rounded toe and thick heel probably have something to do with that. I did not have any issues with the t-strap moving around. But, as someone else noted, the shoe is not *really* patent leather, it\'s something else, somewhat fake. But, still a pretty cute shoe.

This is a very sexy Mary Jane shoe. It looks great with skirts, jeans, and cropped pants. It took a little breaking in the heel area. A great updated classy shoe.

Gorgeous, but painful! If I could give these zero stars for comfort, I would. They're gorgeous, look great with my outfit, and get a lot of compliments, but they're excruciatingly uncomfortable. Maybe they'll get better with time; so far I haven't managed to wear them for more than a few hours before my feet hurt so bad I can't walk anymore. So they're probably not completely broken in. I don't wear heels on a daily basis, just to church and things like that, but I've had heels higher than these that caused no trouble at all, even worn all day. These just hurt cripplingly badly across the ball of my feet and have very little arch support. I'm going to have to try some different inserts and things to see if I can get them so I can wear them, because they're beautiful, and I can't return them now anyway. I was somewhat surprised to see how high the comfort rating is, because for me they're not only uncomfortable but downright painful.

Too small! I couldn't even get the shoe on my foot! I'm a size 11, the shoes and box said 11, but my foot was not going to fit. They are very cute shoes, though!

I LOVE these shoes and so do a lot of other people who constantly compliment me on them. They are affordable but look expensive, and although the heels are a little high for a 9-hour office work day, I can still get through the whole day without wanting to fling them out the window. They only hurt my feet (specifically the outsides of my big and pinky toes) for the first day, but they felt broken in by the next day and didn't hurt my toes anymore, only at the very very end of my work day. All in all, a super cute, pretty comfortable shoe. I recommend :)

Eek! They’re a bit too narrow -
I do not have to wear wide shoes and these shoes were really narrow for me and hurt. I've taken them to get stretched so we'll have to wait and see a couple more wears to see if it makes a difference. They are SUPER, SUPER, SUPER cute though and I'm hoping the comfort gets better. I got A LOT of compliments on them!! They look sexy yet classy for work.

These shoes are beautiful. They are great with slacks or dress and are great to dance in. But, the description says they are patent leather and in fact they are not. They are an attractive leather but are not patent leather.

Great shoe after a few days -
At first this shoe was pinching my toes. But after a few days of wearing the shoes, they widened enough to become very comfortable.

Finally!!!
I've been looking for a t-strap heel for 3 years. Literally. This is the first shoe I've found that didn't have a weird heel or open toe or was too pricey. This is a very reasonably priced, gorgeous shoe. Another reviewer said the photo doesn't do it justice. That is for sure. The only thing about this shoe that I wish were different is that I wish the interior lining were leather. A man-made lining makes for potential problems if the shoe is worn barefoot. I haven't tried to wear them barefoot yet, but I'm not too worried. If it's not comfortable I'll wear them with hose or tights. No big deal. It's about time someone made a simple, beautiful t-strap. Thank you for selling this, Zappos!

Love this shoe!
I love this shoe. Given the fact that they are 3 1/2 inches, they are very comfortable. The only minor problem I have is that the T-strap always shifts to one side and doesn't stay in the middle. Other than that, I love them.

The shoes felt true to size and fit perfectly. I have slightly broader feet and a high arch, but the width M size was very comfortable. After one day they were fully broken in. the shoe is also very stylish. I love the glossy look!

Beautiful - I love the look of these shoes! It reminds me of the shoes that I wore as a kid but this time with heels! The picture does not do it justice, looks great with outfits that stop at the knees or just long pants. I also like that I can wear it to work or dress it up. Comfort level though, I will not wear it all day, but it is a price I am willing to pay for this shoe!
