Just what I was hoping for: lovely boots that are both stylish and remarkably comfortable. I have worn them for an entire day of shopping and was still going strong when meeting girl friends for dinner. You will get compliments in these boots!

Nice looking pair of boots; got compliments from Day 1. Bought this in gray suede, which is a creamy gray and something like a putty color. Good neutral shade.

I found these boots to be very comfortable and they look great. I am very happy with this purchase. I recently purchased the RSVP wide calf boots and they were not wide enough in the calf, but these boots are truly wide calf.

Look great, so disappointed that they didn't fit. I ordered these boots in a 6 1/2 D width. I was so excited when I opened the box; they are a sharp looking boot. I got them on and the foot felt great, maybe a little narrower than expected. Then I tried to zip them up. They clip in at the ankle and become narrow and would not zip up. I don't have cankles, so I don't know what the issue was in the cut.

Beautiful boots; sized well; extra fabric bends if worn under pants. A little uncomfortable due to the heel size.

These boots were at my door super-fast. Delivery was efficient, fit was true-to-size, and the design on them was not "cheesy" (not too over-powering). I love them! Finally, a pair of boots that fit my calf!!!

The boots closed on my larger calves, but they were too roomy in the ankle area. I decided against them because I felt they looked a little cheap as well.

Suede boots for my big calves!
OK first of all, does anyone else scream in excitement when you initially open your Zappos package? Aside from how much I HEART this website, my new boots arrived within 24 hours of my order. Amazing! I've never owned a knee-high suede boot because of my ridiculously wide-calves until now. Finally! These boots are so stylish and the picture does not do it justice either. I can't wait to buy outfits with these boots in mind. Thank you Zappos!

My New Boots -
AAAAAAHHHHH!! I LOVE THESE BOOTS! It seems like forever that I have been looking for stylish tall boots that can zip up around my calf without having the big fat clunky heels. These boots are comfortable, and much prettier than what the image shows. I will be sporting these boots everywhere I can. Thanks Zappos!

Woo Hoo! I found a pair of wide-calf boots that fit and have great style! Usually, wide-calf boots are too wide for me and the regular-calf I can't even zip. A serious dilemma! Fitzwell fits me well. I run between a size 9 1/2 or a 10 depending on the width. My feet are a little wide so, after reading many of the reviews, I ordered the 10 (the 9 1/2 wide wasn't available) to be on the safe side. I could have gotten the 9 1/2M, but I would have to break them in. I'm at a point in my life where I don't have the patience or time to break-in; they just have to fit. There's no need for breaking in with the 10 as I have enough room for socks in winter. I like the gel inner sole; I wish they put one on the ball of the foot too, but an inner sole will take care of that. I was pleasantly surprised to find a warm lightly furry lining in the entire boot. Great for those East Coast winters. All in all a great first purchase. It's too warm to wear them now but I can't wait. Thanks, Zappos for providing such a great selection of wide-calf boots! I have several pair of boots that need to be retired this year and knowing you have my back and size, I don't have to worry about retiring them for some new ones that will truly fit and give me the style I'm after. Continue the good work!

Every time I wear these boots I get compliments up the wazoo! I’m a hairdresser so I stand on my feet all day so after a few hours I switch to some back up shoes like ballet flats until I feel like I’m ready to put to boots back on. It’s a nice option to have. Anyway, the quality is excellent and was very pleased that these boots zipped up pretty easily. Depending on the lighting, there have been arguments on the color of the boots. Some say gray, some say light brown. Florescent lighting the majority say gray. Do not try to stretch these using a home remedy shoe stretching solution because it will stain the suede. I learned that the hard way.

I love them!! I have problems (plantar fasciitis) with my feet and since I got this these shoes, I improved 50% out of a pain that I have been dealing for 8 months. I'm getting better. Great shoes.

Very nice, though a little narrow. Not too uncomfortable, and the wider heel style is great for me because I have weak ankles, making those pencil-thin heels on some shoes scary. I don't have that problem with these. My advice would be to order a size wider than you think you need, unless of course you have very narrow feet. The toe is narrower than I thought it would be when I got it.

I am very happy with these boots! I have always had to "settle for boots I didn't like or just not have any cute tall boots because my calves are 16" and there is just no selection out there for us "fat calf" girls. When I first pulled these boots out of the box I thought there was no way they would fit they looked too slim in the calf, but they fit just great they zipped up easily and they look good. The detail stitching on the back is not overdone or gaudy looking and the buckle is not to large. The suede and workmanship seems of good quality. Hooray I have sexy boots!

I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service!
