I bought these for a rambunctious nine year old as a substitute for high top b-ball shoes that take a week and a half to put on. She loves the colors, and they are just like mom's! So far they are holding together very well, just a little dirty. Love you Zappos! You guys make a busy mom's life a lot easier! Thank you!

My daughter really likes these and has had no complaints. SHe\'s very picky about her athletic shoes and a great athlete, so she uses them a lot.

After measuring my son\'s foot by placing his foot on paper, marking the top of his toe and heel, and measuring with a tape measure; I used the size chart, user comments and past experience with Nike to pick a size. It was a perfect fit! My son loves the shoes and was so excited to know that someone really made "grown-up" shoes for kids like him! (I guess the shoe store selections have disappointed him in the past.)\r\n\r\nI love Zappos and the best part was that I selected several shoes that met my approval and saved them to the favorites list. He only saw the shoes I had pre-approved which meant that we didn\'t have a meltdown because I wouldn\'t buy the florescent green, purple, orange and blue camouflage shoes! Not that anything is wrong with those. :)

These shoes are great! They are insanely comfortable and look pretty good too! they make running and walking easier. I LOVE NIKE!

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
