Ordered black and coffee color, but they are actually dark brown. Good looks, very uncomfortable to walk in (no cushion or sole, like walking on asphalt), I changed the insole, now acceptable. Minor rain gets right through since there are seems on the underside of the shoe. This one is for evening party, not casual.

Zappos always the most gracious of ALL internet sites. This shoe however, for me, ran a size smaller than what I usually order. Have not had Puma before however. Shoe is gorgeous. Such quality. Have re-ordered a size larger. Hope this works out. Don't be afraid of returning anything. Been with them for years, with many returns. All is well.

 |  | Wow. Now THAT'S service. My husband has used your shoes for the past few years, since he found this particular Nike brand that worked well. He's retiring on the 30th after 32 years with UPS (never took a sick day, never missed work, and never had an accident or injury. He was last year's Utah Driver of the Year) and I told him he just HAD to get some new shoes for the occasion. They'll honor him for a few minutes before everyone takes off for the work day, so we were worried if they'd get here in time. He's told lots of UPS'ers about his shoes, and your site.
