I ordered mule slippers for my dad who tends to break down the back of slippers with his heels, not putting the slippers on all the way. These seemed like the perfect answer, and they were. My dad loves them and thinks they are very comfortable and warm. I ordered a pair, but they were too small so sent those back and got the next size up. It all happened within a week! I love the fast service and 'price' and convenience of returns.
