Shoe was very comfortable and fit very well. Overall the shoe looked to be well made, however, on this particular shoe the band across the instep of the shoe looked extremely cheap/tacky. Another concern was the decorations; they looked like they would fall off very easily. These shoes are going back.

These shoes are definitely worth their priciness. I have the flattest of feet and work in retail; they have carried me through some long days and I forget I even have them on. Would recommend for anyone spending lots of time on their feet!

Very comfy. I bought these shoes for travel. I bought my normal size and the fit was fine. Good for wide feet with high arch/instep like mine. I walked all over Rome in these shoes and they were more comfortable than any sport shoe I've owned. They are much more attractive the sports shoes, too. I love them and just came back for another color.

I should have listened to the more negative reviews on this one. The shoe is cute but NOT comfortable. It is heavy and made my feet hurt after just a couple hours. Glad I tried them out for those hours before wearing them all day. They fit tight over the top of the foot and rubbed at the ankle. I wear 8.5, which is what I ordered, and they were really tight, 9 would have been too big. But just a weird fit. Purchased because of reviews that said they were comfortable, fit right out of the box and could be worn all day, which is what I was looking for. Despite bad fit, Zappos still has excellent service. I will order some Born shoes, which are pretty much the only ones that fit me, once my account is credited. Shoes are shipped much faster than returns are processed fyi.

A friend of mine had a pair of your Tambour shoes which I absolutely loved, so ordered a pair for myself in brown. I had never had Ariat shoes before, and found them to be wonderful...extremely comfortable, not to mention beautiful. In fact, I liked them so much I went back online and ordered the Westlake style in black. Delivery was, as before, very fast and I love the Westlakes as much as I do the Tambours. Thank you for a wonderful product.

Great looking shoe - short on comfort -
Although this is one great looking shoe, it doesn't quite match its looks in comfort. The Ariat Westlake is a heavy shoe with only fair arch support. Because of its weight, I find my feet and legs are very tired after a full day of wear. In contrast, the Ariat Shasta Mule is THE MOST COMFORTABLE SHOE I have ever worn. The fact that the Westlake is a full shoe and not a mule probably contributes to its lack of comfort.

Unbelievably comfortable -
I can almost swear Zappos is right next to me. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes/sandals and I just received them within 24hrs. I was surprised to find these shoes as comfortable as the reviews say it was. Perfect shoes for people who suffer heel spurts. And that’s me. Not too high & not too low. Now I know why doctors love wearing them. Perfect if you are on your feet all day.

Quality and Comfort!
I LOVE these shoes! I didn't think they would be the pair I would love so much when I ordered 3 clogs. They have a closed back and I haven't really liked the look of a closed back clog before. These are dressy, but casual. The quality really surprised me. They are a very sturdy shoe and great in snow and wet surfaces. The arch is very supportive and I find that very nice. My feet don't get as tired after a long day. They are very easy to get off and on. I have received numerous compliments. I can't believe how many people don't know about Zappos and I tell everyone! I absolutely LOVE being able to return the shoes that don't work. Zappos Rocks! And these shoes ROCK!

Great for teachers -
I stand all day and have found true comfort standing in these clogs. They are comfy and supportive. I love the stitching on them. The elastic on the side gives a bit of stretch to your stride. Great shoe! Going to buy another pair today actually!

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
