Sharp book - I disagree with the first reviewer. There is no WAY the shaft circumference is 16 inches. It is true that the shaft is designed for a more generous calf, say a dancer's or a cyclist's, like-- how about that-- me! I am a 14 1/2 inch calf and these are among the few boots I could zip up all the way. It is a way cool looking boot and well made. MY problem is that I have spurs at the ball of my foot and need brands that add a bit of padding. But the toe room was nice, which is something I normally have a problem with. Those with healthy feet, and strong calves, you will LOVE the look and fit of this boot!

Disappointed -
These looked really great online, but when I got them they were disappointing. The shaft circumference of the boot was way bigger than listed...like 16", not 14.25. The foot of the boot felt flimsy. All in all, not worth the money.

The customer service representative was extremely helpful and polite and made the fix a pleasant experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a great deal on shoes and excellent customer satisfaction. Customer for life!
