I did not expect these booties to be so comfortable because of the heel but they are. I love the look too!

I love the look of the shoe and the heel was perfect. I have a slightly wider foot than a medium, but the wide was too wide so I'll order in the medium width and it should be fine.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My friend Tim (Concord OH) told me you were THE place to buy shoes and boy was he right! I returned the one pair of New Balance 608's today at the post office. When I filled out the return form online last night, I also ordered another pair in 4E and it arrived at 3:30 pm today! WHAT SERVICE!!! I will be keeping this pair as they fit great! I have an awful time buying shoes, and I appreciate your free return policy. I will be sure to tell everyone that Zappos is THE place to shop online!
