Bizarre best describes these boots. The lining sucked my socks into a ball around my toes. They felt good for the trial run on carpet, but after walking around at the mall, they are unwearable. I tried them with cotton, poly and wool socks. Maybe if I went sockless. Don't think I can return them as I wore them on concrete. They are either going to the Salvation Army or the trashcan. I will never look at this brand again. Total waste of my money.

I liked this boot, it has a nice style and feels soft inside, however, my leg was too big at the top, and I could not zip them up all the way so I must sadly exchange them. But don't worry I am going to buy something else here, this place is the best.

Great cross-over style - dressy cap toe yet casual -
This boot looks great from the top, front, and sides. The oiled leather finish gives it a great look for wearing with jeans, yet the style and construction are refined enough to wear with dress pants and a jacket and tie.

Very comfortable boots -
These are one of the most comfortable boots I've had in the recent years. The quality of the leather is amazing compared to the cost. They look great under jeans. Zappos has excellent customer service. Overall, it was a great shopping experience.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
