Great shoes. Very comfortable, wide, and sharp looking. Ordered my normal shoe size of 13W and they fit fine.

Size 14. Very comfortable, look 80% dressy (if 100% is tux shoes). Soft leather gives plenty of foot room. Have yet to find shoes that don\'t make my feet sore by the end of the day though. At least they are not as bad as they could be for my slightly flat feet.

 |  | My order was placed on a Thursday at about 4pm and the shoes were on my porch the same time the VERY next day. Right after I ordered them you sent an email stating that the order was being shipped out right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. This excellent customer service must cease at once. I am just not used to it. The shoes were ordered for me to wear to my daughter's wedding and I was hoping that I didn't wait too long to find dressy shoes for my wide feet. The shoes are lovely and perfect.I have ordered from Zappos in the past and as I recall was equally pleased, and have spread the word about Zappos’ quality and customer service (esp. to my wide footed friends).
