Nice and comfy -
These are working well for me so far. The top of the heel is on the narrow side and rubs just a bit on my ankle, but I am sure that will improve with some more wear.

There was no breaking in period. Very well fitting and oh, so comfortable right out of the shoe box. And they are cute looking. Have received many complements and possible new customers for Zappos.

First few times wearing have been a pincher.
I was looking for a practical shoe that I could wear anywhere, like some of my Privo's. This one has been hard to get comfortable in. I'm hoping over time it will grow on me. Right now it's hard to wear for long.

Cute shoe but...
Really cute shoe but tried 2 sizes and neither fit right, just an odd-fitting shoe, tends to be wider than normal. Had to return.

Okay but not what I expected -
These shoes are really cute and fit well, but coming from Clarks I was expecting them to be softer. The size is true. I wear a 9 and ordered a 9. They will fit nicely with socks and not slip. But the construction is 'hard' the heel cup is stiff and the bottom is hard and makes noise on hard floors. I was expecting it to be soft rubber for a quiet step. This is not the case. I will keep them because they replaced a different, defective shoe, but they are not what I hoped and I wouldn't order them again. I like a comfort shoe with a soft bottom.

Too bad, was a cute shoe but I'd say runs at least 1/2 size big. Tried to re-order in smaller size but not in stock, have to return these. Even tried an insert as I was determined to keep them and still walked right out of them. Most Clarks seem to run that way, 1/2 size larger, but I have another pair at home that I lucked out on and fit fine and are very comfortable.

This is a really cute, comfy shoe. I have worn either 9 1/2 wide or 10 B (medium) in Clarks shoes previously purchased and these are true to size and very comfortable. My only concern is that I have grown accustomed to a "boxier" (high) toe box in the Clarks mules I've worn previously and these will require an adjustment since they are made differently. I have ordered an 11 B to try, just for comparison. My toes do NOT poke the end of the shoe, so I expect that I will stick with my usual 10 B. According to my podiatrist, I have extremely high arches. Even though these would definitely be considered "flats", they have some arch support.
