I loved this shoe, but it was too wide in the heel. It was not as narrow as a normal AA. It had comfortable cushioned insoles and I liked the style. I would have kept it if it had fit.

Love these shoes! Very comfortable and look fashionable. I was looking for a shoe that I could wear to work several days a week that would look great with either dress or casual pants. These definitely fit the bill. I did put a stick-in-place cushion in the ball of the foot area, as I found my feet were sliding forward a bit when I wore thin socks. I ordered these in narrow, but they seem a little wider than the usual narrow. Not like an average width, but somewhere in between. Overall, I am very pleased with these shoes.

I just had to tell you how pleased I am with these shoes! I am a teacher, and stand most of the day. I wore these shoes for about 10 straight hours today, and they remained comfortable all day. I also like the fact that they look good with both pants and skirts. The only drawback I encountered was the fact that they are slightly big. However, they aren't big enough that I felt I had to order a half size smaller, and fit quite well with tights and trouser socks. Clarks really does comfort well. Thank you, Zappos, for the free shipping and overall great service!

Comfortable shoe but doesn't fit well -
This shoe is very comfortable but I ordered a wide width and it fit great across my foot but too loose in the heel and kept slipping off. I ordered a 1/2 size smaller and then it was too snug. Sadly I had to return.

Nice looking Clarks style. I have a very similar pair of Clarks in an 8 M that I bought 4 or 5 years ago and wear several times a week. Wonderful shoes, even for standing and walking. The Blackberry is an obvious cousin of that pair so I was disappointed to discover that the pair of 8s I ordered was much too large. There was nearly a 1/4 inch of space at the heel when I let my toes slide forward. I have high hopes for the 7 1/2 to fit me.

Great shoe, perfect fit. I've had one pair of Clarks for years. They're getting worn, but still sturdy and the leather is of very good quality. Fit is so true to size, even across different styles in the Clark line. This time I ordered 3 pairs, and kept them all.

These shoes felt broken-in right out of the box. They conform to what I have come to expect from Clarks: comfort, quality, style. I have bunions and these shoes don't pinch them at all. The color is beautiful, very warm with a reddish cast. So far, I have worn them with jeans, slacks and a longish denim skirt, and they suit all very well. Highly recommended!

Love these shoes, the color is very nice for fall. Comfortable, true to size. You can't go wrong with Clarks no matter which shoe you choose. I have worn them for years! No complaints ever. Zappos is the best, too!

At 62 I am all about comfort when it comes to my feet. Seems Clarks get lots of 5 stars so I settled on these Blackberrys. They are comfortable (soft leather/good support), well constructed, very stylish and can be worn with a variety of different outfits. I get compliments on them frequently. I have since purchased some Clarks unstructured Fables and Devis and I love how they fit and look as well. Go Zappos for having such a great selection of shoes. As Clint Eastwood said, "I'll be back"!

Great all day work shoe! Love this shoe, back for a second color! I work 12 hour days running on cement floors in retail and my heels, knees, bunions and you name it hurt. Have tried several high priced shoes, but nothing helped until I purchased these. Ordered wide in my usual size and felt large in the heel, so am trying 1/2 size smaller.

These shoes look cute and professional but I cannot recommend them because they 1. slip 2. hurt my heel. Both problems are very annoying because I normally have serious problems with a bunion and these shoes do not hurt my bunion at all!

Purchasing my second pair, but...
I wear this shoe every day to work since I wear jeans. Very comfortable, great looking shoe. Only negative comment is this shoe is not as comfortable as an athletic (tennis) shoe for walking around the mall. If I walk a really long time the arch support just isn't quite perfect. But, for a casual (not athletic) shoe - it’s a ten.

Comfy classic -
I ordered this shoe in the coffee bean leather. I was hoping for the dark brown but it was out-of-stock. The coffee bean is a pretty color, with the only criticism of it being that the leather is varied in color like aged luggage (as is natural in leather but it is not shown as such in the photo). The shoe is comfortable, classic in appearance, and easy to wear for a long day. It makes my large foot look smaller (rather than larger) and the elastic gore makes for slipping them on and off from standing. I have stubby toes, a high instep, and consequently a wider width right below the toes than most other shoe wearers. A wide fit me perfectly.

Blackberry is a Cherry!!
Very comfortable shoe with reasonable heel that has enough interior space to accommodate my orthotic without having to go to a wide.

Such a deal!
It's not often I find shoes that are comfortable and stylish in my size (12 B). These fit the bill and you had the burgundy which I especially appreciated as it is so versatile with my wardrobe. I like them with slacks for all day comfort at work.

Not quite comfortable -
The width of the shoe in front is excellent but it slips at the heel. In addition, the place where the shoe "breaks" on top (when you bend it as you walk) presses sharply into the top of the foot, causing considerable pain after a while.

I bought these back in the early fall. No, there really isn't any arch support, but it's a dang slipper! If you wear it cross country and complain about arch support, then buy a shoe! I'm in college now and they are perfect to run to class or run to the store really quick. Felt true to size, love the color, and remember to spray them!!!

Classic Comfortable Clark's Blackberry -
I am pleased with my purchase of the Clark's Blackberry shoe from Zappos. The shoe is attractive, comfortable and well-made. I found it to be larger than some Clark's styles so I am able to wear and 8 1/2.

Great pair of shoes!
I really like this pair of shoes. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars on comfort is because they fit a little snug to start but they have relaxed enough to be comfortable.
