I ordered these to go to Ice Hotel in Northern Sweden. They were cute and so warm, I felt like my feet would never be cold. The problem was the zipper. The zippers on both boots keep wiggling their way down. Zappos was kind enough to let me return the boots once I explained the problem. Thanks Zappos, that's what keeps me coming back. I ended up ordering Keen boots (I have numerous Keens), which worked great.

Great boot!
Complete satisfaction. Bought these boots in January when there appeared to be no end to the cold, snow and ice in Chicago. I am crazy about these boots. Yes, they were VERY hard to get on and off in the beginning, as other readers have mentioned, but stick with it. Keep wearing them. They get loosened up, and then you'll have no complaints. My feet, always ice cold in the winters, are now always toasty warm, and the tread is wonderful on ice, slush, and/or snow. I get compliments on the look of them, too.

Good snow boots -
Very comfortable for long walks in snow and ice. Good traction. I slipped just a little bit on extreme ice. I ordered a half size larger on advice and that was perfect. The ankle area was very tight when putting on for a while but loosened up. Toasty warm without huge socks.

Wonderful Purchase!
Living in a city like Chicago, I needed a pair of snow boots that could navigate the slippery sidewalks, as well as protect my feet from cold and moisture, and I did not go wrong with this purchase! With these boots I'm able to wear thinner socks (and only 1 pair) and even with wind chills recently at -25, my feet did not get cold. The tread seems to grip much better than other boots. I love the styling and they're extremely comfortable. My previous snow boots had laces, but the zippers make these boots much quicker to put on. I've found nothing about these boots I don't like! I have to mention also that Zappos was wonderful with this purchase as well! I had previously placed an order for a different pair of boots from another online retailer. Twelve days after I placed my order, I received an email advising that my order had been canceled due to lack of inventory. I was so angry that the retailer had waited 12 days before advising, that I decided to reorder from Zappos. In reading their online reviews, however, I discovered some negative information regarding the previous pair I had picked out, and ordered these boots instead. I placed my order on a Friday night, and my boots were received the following Monday even though I had selected standard shipping.
Love the boots and very much appreciate the wonderful service provided by Zappos!

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
