These boots were beautiful, but the calf is very narrow and I could not get them zipped. I'm not overweight, but I do have curvy legs. This boot is definitely designed for gals who do not.

When is plastic an inadequate substitute for leather?
This boot bags or wrinkles at the ankle, because the material is not sufficiently stout to hold up the column of the same material that goes up the calf of the boot. It only does it slightly, but it is unbecoming none the less. Zappos however, was an excellent supplier, shipping as requested. I will use Zappos again.

It all started when she kept getting such personal, caring service from you that stood out from normal online interchanges, and so even though there are competitors she could go to, she stays with you as do I. From our end, it feels like you are one huge caring entity of human beings, quite a contrast to another online retailer, for instance, which seems like a huge robotic entity.
